The New Albany Lecture Series – Civil Discourse & Debate

The New Albany Community Foundation is hosting an evening focused on thoughtful conversation and debate featuring two prominent political figures: Paul Ryan, former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and Bakari Sellers, a former South Carolina state representative, bestselling author, and political analyst. Award-winning journalist Katty Kay from BBC Studios will moderate the discussion, helping guide the conversation between these two speakers with different perspectives. This lecture series event offers families and community members a chance to hear from experienced voices in American politics and see how respectful dialogue can happen between people with different viewpoints. Tickets are available through the New Albany Community Foundation website.
