Family-friendly cooking class teaching kids to make ravioli.
Bring your family to this hands-on pasta-making class led by Chef Instructor and food writer Shawnie Kelley at The Well. You'll learn to craft fresh ravioli from scratch using traditional techniques she perfected during time in Tuscany. Throughout the session, you and your group will prepare two different fillings (meat and cheese), create a red sauce, make pesto, and master the skills needed to shape and seal stuffed pasta properly. The class covers everything from understanding the specialized equipment involved to achieving the right dough consistency.
This is a collaborative experience where families work together in the kitchen, getting hands-on practice with real techniques rather than just watching. By the end of the class, you'll taste the ravioli and sauces you've made together—a rewarding way to learn and enjoy a meal as a group.
