Nourish Jr.: Thanksgiving Side Dish Stars

Your child can learn that the real magic of a holiday meal happens on the sides! This hands-on cooking class invites fourth through eighth graders to discover how to prepare classic Thanksgiving flavors with creative updates that'll impress the whole family. Together, you'll make White Castle slider stuffing, sweet cornbread pudding, ultra-creamy mashed potatoes, and fresh Ambrosia dessert salad—four dishes that deserve the spotlight at your table. The class takes place at the Philip Heit Center Demo Kitchen in downtown New Albany, with two hours to cook, learn, and have fun. Registration is $45 per student.
