Nourish Jr.: Brunch Brunch Baby

Your child will step into the kitchen to learn the skills behind creating an impressive brunch spread. This class focuses on the timing and technique needed to pull off a leisurely weekend meal that will impress family and friends. Young chefs will prepare several dishes with both sweet and savory components, working hands-on throughout the session. The menu includes Dutch Baby German pancakes topped with fresh fruit, custom-made omelets prepared to order, crispy oven-cooked bacon, and warm fried apples. This class is designed for students in grades 4 through 8 and costs $45 per student. It takes place at the Philip Heit Center Demo Kitchen's first floor location.
