Little Zen & Me: A Playful Yoga Journey Fall #2

This class brings together toddlers and preschoolers (ages 3–6) with their caregivers for a relaxed approach to movement and connection. Rather than focusing on perfect poses, the session celebrates the natural energy of young children through animal-inspired movement and gentle stretching. You'll move together, share giggles, and build a foundation of wellness in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Each class includes parallel practice—exercises where adults get a real stretch while kids explore age-appropriate versions of the same poses—plus co-regulation techniques using simple breathing to help both of you manage big feelings. You'll also enjoy partner poses that build teamwork and eye contact, and a final "Savasana Snuggle" with quiet cuddles and sensory grounding.
