Hometown Heroes Event

Join a free community celebration of Central Ohio neighbors who make a difference. America's Floor Source and Mohawk Flooring are launching the Hometown Heroes program, and they're throwing a cookout-style event to kick things off. Enjoy burgers and hot dogs, live music, games, and face painting for the whole family. There's also free swag and chances to win raffle prizes, including a Big Green Egg smoker and Columbus Crew game tickets for September. Beyond the fun, this is your chance to nominate someone special. Know a neighbor, coworker, or friend who goes the extra mile for others? You can submit a Hometown Hero nomination right at the event—or beforehand if you live or work within their 60-mile Central Ohio service area. The winner receives a major prize: 750 square feet of Mohawk flooring in any style (except hardwood) plus free professional installation from America's Floor Source, valued at $7,300.
