Geoscience is for Everyone

Ever wondered what lies beneath the ground you walk on? Bring your family to Cedar Bog for an afternoon learning directly from two geologists with the Ohio Geological Survey. Tyler Norris and Molly Hunt will share fascinating insights into Ohio's unique geological story, making earth science accessible and interesting for curious minds of all ages. The program runs for 90 minutes and is affordable for families—adults are $5, children ages 6–17 are $4, and children 5 and under are free. Ohio History Connection members attend at no charge. This is a great opportunity for kids who are interested in nature, science, or discovering more about the natural history of our state.
