Free Play

Your kids can enjoy a variety of free outdoor activities at Columbus Commons during Free Play. They'll have access to a classic carousel ride, a colorful parachute play area, oversized blue building blocks from the Imagination Playground, a soccer ball, and the chance to create their own activities. It's a flexible, unstructured playtime where children can choose what appeals to them most. If your family gets hungry during the visit, you can grab food from nearby vendors including Tortilla Street Food Café and Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. There's also a Little Free Library on-site if your kids want to pick up a book. This recurring program runs on select days throughout the warmer months, weather permitting, so check ahead before your visit to make sure it's happening.
