Your kids can enjoy completely free outdoor play at Columbus Commons with plenty of activities to choose from. They might spin on the carousel, play under a parachute, build with the big blue blocks from the Imagination Playground, kick a soccer ball, or create their own adventures. This is a casual, unstructured playtime where families can stay as long as they'd like within the event window.
If you're looking for food while you're there, the Commons has you covered with Tortilla Street Food Café and Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams on-site, plus a Little Free Library if anyone wants to grab a book. Free Play happens twice weekly throughout the warmer months and is weather dependent, so it's a great option for families wanting easy, affordable summer fun downtown without any registration or ticket hassles.
