Free Play

Your kids can enjoy a full afternoon of free play at Columbus Commons with plenty of options to keep them entertained. They can spin on the carousel, play under a parachute, build with the big blue blocks from the Imagination Playground, kick a soccer ball, or just create their own activities. There's no registration needed—it's completely free to participate. While you're there, take advantage of the food options nearby, including Tortilla Street Food Café and Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams if anyone gets hungry. There's also a Little Free Library on-site if your family enjoys picking up a book. This recurring program runs every Tuesday and Thursday from mid-May through September, so it's a great go-to option whenever you need an outdoor activity. Please note the event is weather dependent, so check conditions before heading out.
