Figure Art is a weekly gathering for artists of all skill levels who want to practice drawing and painting the human form. Each session features a live model who holds a series of poses, ranging from quick two-minute sketches to longer thirty-minute studies. This variety helps artists work on both capturing movement and refining detailed work. Sessions meet every Monday (except holidays), giving you a regular opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment. You're welcome to bring whatever art supplies work best for you—whether that's pencils, charcoal, pastels, or watercolors. The only requirement is that your medium doesn't require special ventilation systems. Whether you're a seasoned artist looking to sharpen your observational skills or someone curious about life drawing for the first time, Figure Art offers a low-pressure way to practice and connect with other artists in the community.
