Buckeye Mind + Motion

This 45-minute class combines gentle movement with cognitive exercises designed to keep minds sharp and bodies steady. Participants work on building better focus and memory while engaging in low-impact physical activity that's easy on the joints. It's a wonderful option for anyone looking to maintain balance, coordination, and confidence in their daily routines without high-intensity workouts. The program takes place at the OSU Wexner Medical Center's Health & Fitness Center. Registration happens through email at Membership@osumc.edu, and once you sign up, the team will confirm your spot and process payment. Admission is $60 for chamber members and $80 for non-members.
