Buckeye Mind + Motion

Buckeye Mind + Motion offers a 45-minute movement class designed to keep your brain and body working well together. This gentle, low-impact session focuses on exercises that build coordination and balance while keeping your mind sharp—perfect for anyone wanting to maintain independence in daily activities and feel more confident moving around. The class takes place at the OSU Wexner Medical Center's Health & Fitness Center. Registration is $60 for chamber members and $80 for non-members.
