**Be Strong Summer Series 2**
This six-week program introduces boys in grades 4-7 to strength training using bodyweight exercises. The instructor prioritizes teaching proper form from day one, covering fundamental movements like squats, pushups, and lunges. Once kids master these basics, the sessions progress to incorporate those skills into more dynamic workouts that build agility, endurance, and power.
The program is led by Alex, a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor who believes the best fitness foundation starts with solid core movements before increasing intensity. He creates an inclusive environment where kids of any fitness level can learn and discover their own strength. The series runs for six weeks and costs $84 per participant.
