Be Strong (boys in grades 4-7) Fall series

Strength-building fitness class designed for boys in grades 4–7 this fall.

**Be Strong (Boys in Grades 4–7) Fall Series** This program teaches elementary and middle school boys how to build strength and muscular endurance using just their own body weight. Over the course of the series, participants learn the proper form and technique for basic movements like squats, push-ups, and lunges, along with different variations to help them develop strength safely. As they progress, these foundational skills get incorporated into more dynamic workouts that challenge their agility, endurance, and power—all while keeping a focus on maintaining good technique throughout. The fall series runs on Monday afternoons from September through November, meeting weekly at the Philip Heit Center on OSU's New Albany campus. The cost is $126 for the full 9-week program.
