To opt-in, simply choose this option on the Permission Form during registration. Students who do not attend NAPLS Intermediate School – can be dropped off at Swickard Woods right before the program starts.

Adventure Eagles – Fall ’26

Outdoor nature program at Swickard Woods for elementary and middle-school kids.

Adventure Eagles gives young explorers a chance to get outside and learn practical outdoor skills in a natural setting. Over the course of six weeks, students will work on building shelters, starting fires, and discovering early survival techniques while exploring the woods near New Albany. The program encourages kids to dress appropriately for the season, collaborate with their peers, and embrace the adventure of trying new things in nature. Getting your child to the program is straightforward. If they attend NAPLS Intermediate School, Jacob Bentley will pick them up after school and bring them directly to Swickard Woods. Just select this option on the permission form when you register. Students from other schools can be dropped off at the location right before class begins.
