To opt-in, simply choose this option on the Permission Form during registration. Students who do not attend NAPLS Intermediate School – can be dropped off at Swickard Woods right before the program starts.

Adventure Eagles – Fall ’26

Outdoor adventure and nature exploration at Swickard Woods.

Adventure Eagles offers young outdoor enthusiasts a chance to explore nature while building practical survival skills. Students will spend six weeks learning to construct shelters, start fires safely, and develop an understanding of early survival techniques while enjoying the natural areas near New Albany's school campus. This program encourages participants to dress appropriately for the weather, work together with classmates, and embrace new outdoor experiences. The program runs Wednesday afternoons and is designed for students who are ready for hands-on learning. If your child attends NAPLS Intermediate School, transportation is provided—Jacob Bentley will pick them up after school and bring them directly to Swickard Woods. Students from other schools can be dropped off at the program location just before it begins. The six-week session costs $195 per student.
